I recently noticed a white mite in the band of my underwear and a few days later noticed an outbreak of "bites". I was wondering if it is more likely to be from this insect or an STD like Herpes. The "bites" are randomly spaced around my thigh and there are maybe 7 in total. There are four on the shaft of my penis and testis; this is what concerned me at first. They itch for about 5 - 10 minutes straight at least once or twice a day. Just noticed they were there. Before I thought it was just an itch so didn't think anything about it. They don't hurt at all. Just itch. They are raised bumps but don't feel like there's anything in them like pus or whatever. They aren't severely red around the bumps either just a little redness. I have had a burning tongue, and mouth bumps under my tongue, along my gums, and feels like in my throat as well for almost 2 weeks. Also, my mouth has a weird taste, kind of like chicken broth or something as weird as that sounds when I wake up in the morning. I recently had oral given and received (about 3 weeks ago) with a new partner and now I'm terrified I have something. I've also had headaches, a vaginal yeast infection (which i've treated already) and still some general discomfort down there, but as far as I can tell no sores or blisters in the genital area SO FAR. I feel like the timing is too much of a coincidence for it to be something else other than an STD, but i'm just praying its nothing incurable like herpes or anything. My tongue stopped burning after a few days but is still a lil sensitive and mainly the thing worrying me is these bumps that seem to keep spreading in my mouth. They don't seem to hurt except w/e is in near my throat near the back of my tongue, but I can't see if that's bumps or what. I did get tested 2 weeks ago already (a week after) and everything came out negative, but that was only a week after so I know it could have been false negatives. I didn't get tested for herpes, but will be sure to do so when I go back to the doc. I also feel I should note that as far as I can tell he did not have any open lesions or sores anywhere on his lips or genitals, and he says he is clean but idk bc I found out afterwards he has had several partners. ok so idk if it is actually an allergic reaction but last week some time before I went to the pool I put sunscreen on my face (the kind that I always use which is bananna boat kids sunblock spf 30, the kind in the spray form,) and I was fine. Then after I got out of the pool I could feel my face getting slightly burnt so I put the SAME EXACT SUNBLOCK on my face the same exact way I always do but then 5 minutes later my face was burning and tingling and it hurt so bad. So then a lifeguard gave me a bag of ice and it went away. So then I bought a sunscreen for sensitive skin (it's by neutrogena and it says on the bottle it's safe for the face... spf 55) and today, again, i sprayed it on my face before the beach and i was fine, then about 2 hours later i sprayed it again after i went in the water and it was burning again! i had to get ice again and then just went home because i was getting sick of the beach anyways... why does this keep happening!?!

What are these white circles with red rings on my calf?

M age is 21 years old. I stand at 5 ft 3" and weigh in at 127 lbs. I exercise regularly and eat healthy. I have no health problems other than maybe poor circulation and am on the higher end of the scale for high blood pressure (150/80). I go tanning maybe once every 2 weeks and have done that on and off since i was 15. Just in the past month I started noticing these odd circles on the back of my left calf. Its like white spots with a red ring around them, they almost look vein like except that they are circular shaped and the all sit in a big cluster of around 30 circular spots/blotches, it covers around half of my calf and just happens right under the back of my knee, never touching near my ankle. Help identifying my bonsai.?

I am in Minnesota, I bought it from a home depot. It has leaves that are anywhere from half an inch long to an inch, dark green, wavy at the edges, not prickely, I repotted it & the roots were swirled around in a circle in the pot (not sure if that matters) the leaves grow all long the branch, not in clusters, they come to a point at the end, the bark right now (not sure if it's all that healthy, it is growing though) is a greyish brown, I can see a little green through the bark (it's not very thick yet) it has some little pokey bumps on it all over. Doesn't look sick though, looks like thats how it's supposed to be. How to get your apartment mail box or cluster box lock changed?

We lost the master key to our apartment cluster box (mail box) located in our building. The landlord told us to go to the post office and have them change out the locks. We then went to the post office and we were not even on their list for mail delivery. We went back to our manager/ landlord and they said they would ask the mail lady. The mail lady could not provide any information on what to do. I called USPS and they said that the mail box/ cluster box could be owned by the management Company. The management company we have is I.C.G. "You're in Good Company" Residential Management, but I cannot even find a number for them. We live in Fountain Lakes Apartments (Used to be called Versailles on the Lakes) in Fort Wayne. Its seriously become a problem and we have no idea where to go from here. The ladies in the office are really nice, but they should be figuring this all out for us. Its an old mailbox anyway and we had problems with getting the key to work half the time anyway. three weeks ago on the 8th my boyfriend and i were messing around and he ended up getting pre-*** on his fingers and then touched me down there. On Saturday the 18th i got what i thought was my period. I had extremly bad cramps , my skin broke out, and i was kind of bloated. It stopped sunday night which is really weird for me because theyre usually 4-6 days long. I had light spotting on monday and tuesday. My friend suggested to take a pregnancy test so i took one on that wednesday the 22, which was 2 weeks from the wednesday when my bf was over. It came back negative. The same incident between my bf and i happend again the past tuesday the 28 which was day 11 of my cycle. I took a pregnancy test just now to see what it'd say and it was one of the ones with blue dye..the control screen had a really thick blue line on it and the positive screen had a really really realllyy thin, faint blue line.(could this be false or could it be true?)I havent gained weight Ive actually lost 2 pounds, i dont have morning sickness, and im not sensitive to any smells. Hi everyone, I'm a 19 year old girl living in Brooklyn, NY and I just finished my first year of college. Growing up, I was always the kind, sensitive, empathetic classmate and friend that was usually the first person people went to when they were having troubles, having a bad day, needed advice, etc. I was always an overachiever, studied my brains out in HS and was a straight A+ student. I sincerely enjoy working with people one on one and for as long as I can remember I always wanted to be a clinical psychologist...it just seemed like the perfect fit for me, something I'd enjoy for the rest of my life and feel satisified with. However, I've been researching lately about the psychology field, and, in addition to what many ppl have told me....it's kind of a dead field to go into. Unless you're aiming for the PsyD or PhD degree, you won't go that far. Yes, I know Social Work is an option too but it doesnt pay well (I'm not doing it for the money but obviously I would like to make a decent salary) It's a very competitive, hard field to get into and the 5 to 8 yrs of doctorate schooling really make menervous as well...I don't know if I can handle it. I just can't picture myself only in my late 20's finally finishing school and supporting myself. I heard about a new degree called LMHC--Licensed Mental Health Counsleor, they do a lot of what psychologists do and it's only 2 yrs master's program but I think the pay is about the same as social work...Again, it's not about the money for me, but in a way it is...Like I said I was always a dedicated, studious, hard worker and I excelled in all my subjects. I've just been told a lot that I'm "selling myself short" and not pushing myself hard enough, not being ambitious enough when I can reach for something higher. So basically my question is 1) Is psychology still a good field to go into? (decent pay, demand for jobs) 2) What do u guys know about the LMHC degree and 3) Should I just push myself and reach for the stars, aka go for a doctorate? Why do I get dark circles from eye creams?

I have very sensitive skin, and for years and years I have used Dove Sensitive Skin cream around my eyes (the orbit of them, where they are darker) because it has been the one and only product that actually gets rid of dark circles for me. Thing is, everything else, and I mean everything, actually GIVES me dark circles. yes, gives me them. In the past a girl at the makeup counter was shocked when I came back with the product because it looked like I hadn't slept in a week, and I never had the dark circles before. They only really come out when I use eye creams or anything around them, EXCEPT Dove. Bascially, it's almost as if when the eye area gets moisturized I immediately have dark circles that show more. I don't know what to do as Dove has discontinued their skin (face) care products. I have tried everything and it gives me dark circles. The only way I didn't have them was when I used that cream. Does anyone know what the problem could be, why this is happening, and a good eye cream for sensitive skin and dark circles would be? Please and thank you..

Why am i getting little red bumps that turn look like hives if i scratch them too much?

they dont bother me too much during the day but at night they start to bug me, then at three in the morning and just before i wake up i wake up itching from them amd its usually one of them on my wrist or back or knee, and sometimes its a cluster of them. I dont have medical insurance but ive been to emergency rooms and all they offer me is Benadryl and zantac which is a anti histimine. But i know it isnt a food allergie because my diet haasnt changed. These bumps or insect bites whatever they are itch terribly and ive used a paste of meat tenderizer and water and it gets rid of them in a day or so but then they re appear somewhere else on me. I swear they look like bug bites but they wake me up out of my sleep in the middle of the night and close to the time when im going to wake up.,and at night a few hours before i go to sleep. I hope they re not bed bug bites because i havent seen any bedbugs and i dont have a dog so i know we dont have fleas in the house.I sleep on the couch so i hope as i said before it isnt bedbugs, my best friend thinks its dust mites or stress related breakouts.

I would definitely go back to guy 1. It seems like you're just staying with guy 2, because you don't want to hurt him like the past gf's have done to him, but you shouldn't be putting yourself through this kind of stuff either. What's the best over-the-counter microdermabrasion cream?

Avon has one the is 28.00. I like it because it make my skin brighter, however I do not use it as much as it states because it will break me out. I am 29 and i think i am going to try the Revlon microdermabrasion and chemical peel set because it is cheaper 23.00 (at Walmart). Now with the Avon one, I use a sulfur mask right after so I won't break out. If you try the Revlon one let me know how it does, I this hope if helps.

Random blue pixels with Adobe Lightroom?

I just started using Adobe's Lightroom program, and when I'm in the develop section I keep getting odd clusters of blue pixels in the photo that I'm working on. This is after I select a preset, and the smaller view in the top right shows it how it should look, without the blue pixels. Also, when I save it as the edited form the pixels aren't there either; it just looks like how the preset should have it. It's not the end of the world, but I was wondering if that's just how Lightroom is, or if there is something I can do to fix it.

Can you go swimming after getting ears pierced?

Well I didnt get my ears actually pierced. I wasnt wearing earings for a long time and the hole healed a little. When I tried putting earings in i had to shove it through the hole (THATS WHAT SHE SAID..lol sorry) and it got swollen for 7 hours. Now it looks fine, but they are really sensitive right now. Okay, so every time my boyfriend and I have sex "doggy style," if you will, I get this red rash on my butt right where he'd be bumping into me. I'm guessing it's a rash from irritation. I have been traveling for the past 9 months - currently in Nepal - and within the past month I have had outbreaks on my buttocks and inner thighs of red dots. I don't think they are bed bugs as I have seen what bed bugs look like and have experienced them before. They look like pimples and do not itch for the most part. Second Apartment adventure, question about renters history?

Ok, so I am about to move into my own apartment pretty soon, for the second time. The first attempt was a cluster-f**k like I have never seen in my life. I moved into this place a while back, about 5 months ago and the people that managed the utilities up there were ridiculous- I could never get ahold of them, they overcharged me, had one single guy managing the water for this entire little community and even when I did get ahold of him and pay my deposit they did not hook up my water. The Electric company was only slightly better in the fact that I did manage to get it turned on at last. But the water guy continued to send me bills, even though I had used exactly none of his services whatsoever. My propane tank was busted, had a missing part so I couldn't get heat either. After a month or two of living like a cave man in a deep freeze, I got fed up and left, in full "screw it" mode, even though I had a few months left on my lease. The guy I was renting from never pursued it, presumably since I bought him new plumbing after the old froze and busted. My question then is when I try to rent this new place, is there any way for them to check out my less than stellar history of renting? I know I wasn't exactly professional with what i did. I have learned my lesson- namely don't rent anywhere in hick a** Show Low, Arizona unless you have a lot of patience and money.

Girls, please please help!! Could this be anything other than herpes?

I have had a burning tongue, and mouth bumps under my tongue, along my gums, and feels like in my throat as well for almost 2 weeks. Also, my mouth has a weird taste, kind of like chicken broth or something as weird as that sounds when I wake up in the morning. I recently had oral given and received (about 3 weeks ago) with a new partner and now I'm terrified I have something. I've also had headaches, a vaginal yeast infection (which i've treated already) and still some general discomfort down there, but as far as I can tell no sores or blisters in the genital area SO FAR. I feel like the timing is too much of a coincidence for it to be something else other than an STD, but i'm just praying its nothing incurable like herpes or anything. My tongue stopped burning after a few days but is still a lil sensitive and mainly the thing worrying me is these bumps that seem to keep spreading in my mouth. They don't seem to hurt except w/e is in near my throat near the back of my tongue, but I can't see if that's bumps or what. Is it possible for herpes to hurt your tongue but the actual bumps not hurt?? Sometimes I didn't even notice the burning tongue as much when I wasn't thinking about it. I know I need to go to the doctor, but I can't get an appt til next month. I did get tested 2 weeks ago already (a week after) and everything came out negative, but that was only a week after so I know it could have been false negatives. I didn't get tested for herpes, but will be sure to do so when I go back to the doc. I also feel I should note that as far as I can tell he did not have any open lesions or sores anywhere on his lips or genitals, and he says he is clean but idk bc I found out afterwards he has had several partners. I also know that you can spread herpes without a visual outbreak, but that's also confusing bc some ppl say its possible, and some ppl say there has to be an actual visible outbreak. I broke this guys heart... I feel horrible, what should I do?

It's a long story and all, but I guess it all started when I told this guy I wasn't happy with our relationship. We had been going on and off for months now, fighting a lot and then making up some now and then. When we first went out we were happy and in love, but the years have gone by and I feel totally different. He's hurt me and it's scarred me. He went out with someone else and so did I. We both seemed so unhappy around each other (note that he is a very sensitive person). I told him I loved him and he didn't believe me. On the pad of the tip of my right middle finger there is a patch of hard, peeling skin. It always looks a little wrinkled and is less sensitive to touch than my normal fingertips. When soaked in water, the skin doesn't wrinkle like my normal fingertips do, but the very tip of that finger (which isn't hard or peeling) wrinkles normally. It doesn't itch at all, but if I try to pick off the peeling skin I immediately hit the dermis so it hurts for a few days until the epidermis forms again. This has been this way for a few weeks. So far, it hasn't spread to any of my other fingertips and none of my family has complained about similar symptoms. Any clue as to what this is?

Breastfed 3 week old cluster feeding horribly?

2-3 days ago my daughter suddenly began wanting to nurse for longer periods, and it's gotten to the point that she wants to eat constantly! Not just at certain times of the day. Cluster of tiny hard itchy bumps, maybe bites on my foot only?

My boyfriend and I both get clusters of what seem like small bites on our feet. They itch extremely bad when they first show up and take several months to go away. A new one or more will show up again in the same cluster after several months. They are only on our feet. I have three different places on my foot they keep showing up at, for almost 2 years. We both have them on the inside of our feet by arch, clusters of 3 or 4 at a time. They are tiny, kind of hard and sometimes have clear liquid but only if you really force it out. After some research, they don't seem like spider bites or warts. Any other kind of bug bite sound like this? Upper, right back pain shoots around to my right side under my arm to my breast?

For the past 2 weeks or so, I have had this horrible pain in the upper, right part of my shoulder/back that wraps around my right side under my arm pit and goes to my right breast. It itches and feels numb when I scratch it and the itch never goes away. It is a constant pain and nothing I do seems to help alleviate the pain. My breast has become so sensitive as well. When I walk and my arm rubs up against it, the only way I can describe it is that the area feels raw. There is nothing at the surface of the skin such as a rash, bumps, etc. It DOES NOT feel like muscle pain. It is sensitive to the touch. It is driving me crazy!!! Any suggestions? I really don't want to have to go to the doctor...

What can help my legs from Bleeding and breaking out When I Shave?

Ok so I have very thick hairs on my legs. My legs are very sensitive to the point that when i shave i have Little to alot of bleeding breakouts..It's so embarrassing because i have little tissues all over my legs and then the next day i have dried blood spots so I don't even want to wear shorts. And then when I shave around my Bikini area I get alot of breakouts..I can't use nair because that breaks me out. I have tried creams, different shaving lotions, and nothing works. And when I do shave the next day i feel like a porcupine..And I have tried to shave everyday but then my breakouts are even worse. I hate my legs..I'm afraid to wax heck i really might bleed to death or cause more breakouts..I can never get any sun on them because i am embarrassed to wear shorts..I mean its not severe to the point that i need to go to the doctor but it does hurt and gets very irritating..So does anybody know anything that could possibly help!

OMG don't use toothpaste!! Toothpaste is way too abrasive and will scratch the gold. I suggest using a mixture of windex and hot tap water. Use a soft bristle toothbrush and dip the ring in the solution. Gently brush the ring w/ the toothbrush and the grime will loosen up. Please have your ring checked for loose stones before cleaning though. Or just go to any jewelry store and they should clean it for free for you. Good luck!

Could this be a miscarraige or something related to pregnancy..please help?

three weeks ago on the 8th my boyfriend and i were messing around and he ended up getting pre-*** on his fingers and then touched me down there. On Saturday the 18th i got what i thought was my period. I had extremly bad cramps , my skin broke out, and i was kind of bloated. It stopped sunday night which is really weird for me because theyre usually 4-6 days long. I had light spotting on monday and tuesday. My friend suggested to take a pregnancy test so i took one on that wednesday the 22, which was 2 weeks from the wednesday when my bf was over. It came back negative. The same incident between my bf and i happend again the past tuesday the 28 which was day 11 of my cycle. I took a pregnancy test just now to see what it'd say and it was one of the ones with blue dye..the control screen had a really thick blue line on it and the positive screen had a really really realllyy thin, faint blue line.I havent gained weight Ive actually lost 2 pounds, i dont have morning sickness, and im not sensitive to any smells. Yesterday last night and today i woke up with weird discharge on my underwear. it was really dark and ive had two tampons in since and theyve all had the dark brown discharge and some blood. im having slight cramps atm, too. Would BB gun injure cat from 50 ft. away?

Ok, so I and my friend were shooting BB guns today. While we were shooting into a cluster of really tall weeds, my neighbor's cat darted out of the weeds and then sat down after he had reached a safe distance from where we were aiming. He didn't seem to limp or anything, but I am pretty sure I hit it. At the very least, it was pretty darn close. My gun is about 700 FPS (I think) and my friend’s was about 600 FPS. He was using BBs and I was using pointed pellets. I am really freaked out that the cat is injured and my neighbor will sue me or something. We were about 40-60 ft. away...is there a possibility that the cat’s skin was penetrated? I noticed a wet spot on the ground, but I couldn’t tell if it was blood or not.

Why do I GET dark circles from eye creams?

I have very sensitive skin, and for years and years I have used Dove Sensitive Skin cream around my eyes (the orbit of them, where they are darker) because it has been the one and only product that actually gets rid of dark circles for me. Thing is, everything else, and I mean everything, actually GIVES me dark circles. yes, gives me them. In the past a girl at the makeup counter was shocked when I came back with the product because it looked like I hadn't slept in a week, and I never had the dark circles before. They only really come out when I use eye creams or anything around them, EXCEPT Dove. Bascially, it's almost as if when the eye area gets moisturized I immediately have dark circles that show more. I don't know what to do as Dove has discontinued their skin (face) care products. I have tried everything and it gives me dark circles. The only way I didn't have them was when I used that cream.
