Name good things GWB did while he was President?

On one hand he got a lot of funding through for AIDS in Africa. On the other hand, he was in the tank for religious groups who don't like contraception. So he was helping people getting AIDS treatment while at the same time actively allowing for policies that increased the number of cases.
