I would like to speak with a dermatologist online about my skin.?

For the last 3 yrs I have been getting these small bumps on my skin that itch like crazy. I have noticed that I have a cluster on my arm where I cut myself at work with a box cutter a few years ago. They come back in the warmer months the cooler months they don't affect me at all but they are barely visible during the cooler months. It they are exposed to the sun they itch so bad I want to cry. Cortizone helps to keep the itch at bay. Last night I took a bath and added epsom salt to my water and noticed that they were a little smaller. Please someone help!
