is it because he inherited a booming economy and then decided to keep spending anyway (i.e. the deficit went from 5 to 9 trillion under his watch)? And all this spending led to a economic meltdown in 2008, UNDER HIS WATCH! At least Obama has a reasonable excuse to spend-- getting the economy out of recession? What was GWB's excuse? tax cuts to his millionaire oil buddies? illegal war in Iraq?
