Best ring cleaning solution?

OMG don't use toothpaste!! Toothpaste is way too abrasive and will scratch the gold. I suggest using a mixture of windex and hot tap water. Use a soft bristle toothbrush and dip the ring in the solution. Gently brush the ring w/ the toothbrush and the grime will loosen up. Please have your ring checked for loose stones before cleaning though. Or just go to any jewelry store and they should clean it for free for you. Good luck!
