What should i do? HEEELP pleaseA!?

I have this problem since I was young and it's really bothering me a lot lately, my whole body itches so bad that I feel like if something is poking me with needles when I take a shower and I tried itching and dry skin lotion and also Dove men plus care sensitive clean still not working for me, so what else should I do please HELP?
